ces-2013The Consumer Electronics Show 2013 is scheduled to open in Las Vegas next week. Specifically, it will run from January 08 up to 11. And with all technology companies joining the show, sure thing, the tech trends they will present are something to watch out for.

But what are there to expect in 2013 CES? Well, as one of the biggest and longest-running technology trade shows, generally, expect that the event will be a feast of new and exciting gadgets. With more than 3,000 exhibits, it was said that around 20, 000 new tech products will be shown in it.

Nonetheless, based on the announcement made by the Consumer Electronics Association, the organization that handles CES, foxnews.com pointed out the things to particularly expect in CES next week. And among others, it said to watch out for the rise of smaller or starting tech companies given that big players as Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Apple passed up this year. Apple Spree! Get Ready for Apple Black Friday Deals!

Are you an iGadget fan? Well, gear up for Friday because Apple will have its annual Black Friday Sale.

The company teased its customers earlier this week about the said “discount day” on one Australian online Apple store. And yesterday, as pcmag.com related, it already confirmed the “one-day Apple shopping event” happening on November 23rd.

Apple’s Black Friday deals will be available on its online stores and brick-and-mortar shops for 24 hours. Online, customers will see the deals just shortly after midnight on Friday. On the other hand, they will be available on Apple stores all over the country from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. instead of the usual store hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Ever the secretive, in its teaser, the company did not specify which gadgets will be discounted and for how much. However, looking into its Black Friday deals for the past two years, you could expect a discount between $31-$41 for its iPod Touchs, $101 on its Macs and $41-$61 on its iPads.

“Apple today confirmed that it will once again participate in the Black Friday madness. But unlike some of its retail rivals, Cupertino is not going crazy; Black Friday deals will only run on the Friday after Thanksgiving – not Black Friday eve or a week before like Walmart, Amazon, and other firms.
